POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Property Administrator position provides first-class property management services and assists the Property Management team with day-to-day responsibilities of operating a commercial real estate building or a portfolio of properties.Typical duties include Accounts Receivable &
Accounts Payable, office administration, customer service, and enhancing tenant relations.
PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in property walkthroughs with vendors.
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager
Accounts Payable– codeinvoices and verifyproper backup, forwardto the Property Manager for approval,and enterinto payables system.
Accounts Receivable – prepare and send late letters on a monthly basis and follow up with tenants for payment;
Prepareand send defaultletters when necessary.
Assist with monthly and quarterly management reports as well as annual budget preparation.
Monitor and maintain the property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports for Property Manager on status of tenant work orders.
Responsible for drafting all service contracts and agreements with vendors and contractors.
File paperworkas necessary;
Prepare Lease Termination Forms andWrite-off forms as necessary;
Create Vendor Files;
Prepare Aging Reports on a monthly basis;
Maintain Certificates of Insurance for vendors/tenants.
