Promotional Communications Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing- Remote

Job Description
The Promotional Communications Analyst will report to the CRM Senior Manager. They will be responsible for the CRM execution of Allēpromotions and ad hoc Allēinitiatives. The Promotional Communications Analyst will work closely with brand teams and the promotions team to understand business objectives, goals and opportunities, then develop creative (email, SMS/MMS) with agency partners and work with CRM Ops team to execute. They will be responsible for both B2C and B2B campaigns.
This is a role that requires a blend of creative marketing skills, keen attention to detail, and project management expertise. This role will require an analytic thinker as the Promotional Communications Analyst will need to review metrics and optimize strategy for future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
Develop creative briefs and manage asset grid creation for internal design team and external agency
Collaborate with Digital Lifecyle Marketing team, our internal design team, and eternal agency to deliver high-quality marketing assets and materials.
Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address issues as they arise.
Communicate project progress, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Route all CRM jobs through appropriate stakeholders for approval and through Veeva Vault for regulatory, medical, legal, and compliance sign off
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, as well as AbbVie regulations and our product regulations
Proof/QA all emails and SMS/MMS in detail before they are deployed to our consumers and customers
Prepare project status reports and ensure accurate documentation of project activities.
