The Project Operations Coordinator role will collaborate with cross-functional teams which involves overseeing project administration, including logging activities in the ERP system and managing exceptional parts requirements. Responsibilities also include facilitating communication with 3rd Party/OEM partners, reviewing quotes, tracking purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring revenue recognition alignment. Additionally, supporting the Order management team with spare capacity is essential.
This person will also support the transition to APAC/EMEA/AMS regional focus.
Manage the entire project lifecycle from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
Organize project documentation for accessibility and accuracy.
Coordinate project timelines and data accuracy with stakeholders for seamless execution.
Resolve project-related issues and customer inquiries promptly.
Analyze order status, inventory levels, and project milestones.
Provide administrative support to the project management team.
