Project Manager

Dew Software, a leading digital transformation company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Dew Software, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex technology projects for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, create project plans, and oversee the execution of project activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
Create and manage project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines
Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders
Track project budget and financials, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
Lead project status meetings and provide updates to management and clients
Ensure project documentation and deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project management or any other science discipline or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the medical device sector or a similarly regulated industry.
PMP certification preferred.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance.
Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Ability to manage both onsite and offshore teams effectively and to engage onsite with a diverse cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in both independent and collaborative team settings.
