The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing software projects, a deep understanding of the SaaS business model, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products. Experience in real estate, accounting or software industries is preferred but not required.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be rewarded for their accomplishments, who is a proactive, confident, self-starter, and thrives in competitive situations. Someone who is tenacious at attaining goals and determined to ensure that you and our teams are persistent in conquering our clients’ objectives.
You will project manage both Pereview and client resources throughout the full software implementation life cycle. By combining your experience within technology projects and ability to get things done, you will successfully lead multiple global clients through an implementation ensuring projects stay on budget and on time.
Responsibilities:
Work with commercial real estate firms who are looking for a better way to manage and report on their data
Drive project plans;
provide ongoing management of multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
Diligently steward Pereview resources and client teams by communicating and reminding as necessary to exceed deadlines
Regularly communicate milestones statuses with external and internal stakeholders, including key accomplishments, next steps, issues/risks/items for management attention, and project financials
Manage data and execute business processes such as timesheet entry, resource forecasting, utilization analysis, expense management and tracking
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience, preferred
5+ years of Project Management experience delivering software solutions (or similar web-based/digital development projects) using both waterfall and agile methodologies
At least 3 years of experience managing SaaS projects
Experience in real estate, accounting or software industries is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, MS Project or (url removed)
Familiarity with HubSpot, or other CRM tools
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Track record of successful problem-solving
Preferred (NOT REQUIRED):
CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).
PMP (Project Management Professional).
