Hybrid:
Tuesday-Thursday in office. Monday and Friday flex
Travel up to 50% may be required
This position is responsible for project execution of facilities projects at the existing supply chain center locations. This person will support expansions to existing Supply Chain Centers and New Construction initiatives. Additional responsibilities include legacy center relationship management from Domino’s to our Landlord teams, and lease execution. Beyond Landlord partners they will also need to be a key partner with Directors, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to anticipate the business needs and ensure we have capacity to meet the rush.
Main responsibilities
Facilities Management (50%)
Collaborate with Asset Replacement Engineering and Field Representatives to identify Capital Facilities Project on an annual basis.
Lead Capital Facilities Projects;
including execution, budget ownership, operational impact identification and coordination, and schedule management.
Partner with Procurement Leadership to establish negotiated rates for projects and deliver effective scope and RFP support.
Participate in Contractor selection and execution of project.
Communicate effectively with Leadership to provide timely and accurate updates on Projects Managed.
Create and maintain project schedules, including but not limited to scope documents, progress reports, financial projections, and meeting minutes.
Develop vendor requirements and partner with Procurement to obtain quotes.
Control and monitor project budgets and spending against the approved funds.
Partner with vendors and internal Domino’s stakeholders to develop overall project strategy and identify critical path.
Manage Contractors on site to ensure work is completed to Domino’s expectations and quality standards.
Support Supply Chain Centers on smaller scale regional facilities projects.
Inspect facilities to determine the need and extent for service, repairs, and/or replacement.
Lead the maintenance efforts of the WRC to upkeep, repair or replacement of all equipment in the WRC including the R&
D kitchen and the pizza store.
Develop and manage processes to track projects and ensure completion.
Construction Support (20%)
Support various internal departments to develop overall site plans, building layouts, office design, and parking lot design.
Partner with procurement leadership to establish negotiated rates for facilities/building equipment and furnishings.
Maintain continuous knowledge of job site expenditures, back charges, and change orders.
Support teams to ensure that all local, state, and federal ordinances are adhered to throughout all phases of the project.
Establish all utility accounts and transfers post construction, including coordinating with IT to ensure cable and internet connections are ready for go-live.
Continuously review facility/building design documents and ensure a seamless integration and coordination with production and warehouse layouts occur while all project timelines are met, and contingency plans are in place.
Collaborate, as necessary, with various departments on the coordination of permitting from federal, state, and local entities.
Collaborate with Environmental Compliance to ensure that all new build locations accurately accommodate local municipality requirements for wastewater and other areas of requirement.
Conduct trade pre-construction meetings by coordinating with vendors, key stakeholders, and Supply Chain leadership.
Ensure job completion by supporting punch lists from all stakeholders and verify document remediation of punch list items.
Guarantee that each site obtains a certificate of occupancy and other necessary government approvals.
Lease Administration (20%)
Support lease administration activities, including maintaining Landlord Communication files, updating the Landlord Approval documents for on-site work and maintaining any necessary records.
Obtain all landlord approvals prior to any on-site work occurring.
Maintain a high level of understanding on site specific lease requirements.
Develop and maintain positive landlord/developer relationships.
Work with Engineering Maintenance team to incorporate necessary building maintenance requirements into the CMMS system where available.
Provide accurate documentation, tracking, and logging approvals and communicating Landlord requests and needs back to the Business Leaders.
Additional Supporting Activities (10%)
Supply Chain Center visits as necessary.
Lead or support other functional projects as necessary.
Develop vendor relationships (preferred contractors, vendors, etc.)
Model future real estate activities and associated financials.
