Project Manager - Ports & Marines

Job Description
AECOM in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Ports &
Marine division. Under the supervision of Senior Project Engineers, the qualified applicant will be part of teams responsible for the design of small to large-scale seaport projects:
Summary:
Manages one or more complex seaport-related projects involving a full spectrum of engineering services offered by AECOM.
Provides project and technical task management for one or more simultaneous projects.
Identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and makes recommendations.
Prepare and present project proposals to new and existing clients.
Assist in developing new client relationships and strengtheningexisting client relationships. Identify, understand and focus on clients’ key requirements.
Conductengineering design including calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
