Project Manager/ Estimator

Job Description
The desired candidate will Perform Premobilization duties which include assembling pricing from vendors, developing overall project schedules, setting up a location for the field office, advising office personnel of pertinent project information, obtaining permits and licenses, and establishing conferences with all involved parties.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager / Estimator for our Client. The Project Manager / Estimator will be responsible for overseeing and managing roofing projects, including expediting, project management, inspections, and logistics management. The role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful completion of projects.
