We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join our Construction Management team in Kaukauna, WI. The Project Manager will work in supporting the project team by facilitating communication, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of Keller’s Bid Spec projects. This role involves close collaboration with architects and engineers to develop construction documents, managing the bidding process, and handling RFI coordination. The Project Manager will also manage subcontractor submittals, preconstruction documentation, permitting, and compliance requirements. Effective project management skills are crucial, including communicating with the project owner and team, executing change orders, and coordinating plan changes. Additionally, this role is responsible for assembling As-Built documents, coordinating operations and maintenance (O&
M) planning, and overseeing the project closeout process.

What you will do:
Assist in the construction document development of plans with architects and engineers
Coordinate the bidding of the project
Coordinate and organize RFI's
Assist with submittals from subcontractors
Preconstruction execution of subcontractor's documentation, permits, compliance, state approvals, and building permits
Collaborate with project management team to develop project timelines and schedules
Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and other project related materials
Monitor project progress and identify any issues or challenges that may arise
Ensure that all relevant parties receive submittals, O&
M's (Operation and Maintenance documents), "
As-Builts,"
andclose out documents in a timely manner
Provide regular updates to clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams
Ideal candidate will have:
Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or relevant field (Preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction coordination, supervision, management, or similar role
Demonstrated ability to manage the bidding process and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Experience handling RFI's, submittals, and construction documentation
Knowledge of preconstruction activities, including permits, compliance, and subcontractor documentation
Familiarity with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and compliance regulations
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Excellent organization including time management and multi-tasking
Experience in project management software
Strong client facing and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel throughout the state of Wisconsin for meetings and events
A valid driver's license
