Job Description
This is a hybrid role that will require you to be onsite at the Paca Pratt building as needed.
General Summary
Under general supervision manages all aspects of the administration and ownership of projects to support strategic initiatives. Coordinates tracking of all projects and organizes the coordination of all teams as new initiatives are identified. Tracks success of projects and assists in the reporting of outcomes. Monitors the project plans for all projects to insure compliance.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

Discusses ideas, identifies issues and gains commitment on recommendations.
Understands all aspects of required data and reporting and manages compliance to deadlines.
Assists with all aspects of project creation and reporting.
Provides assistance with quality assurance tools and processes. Seek an understanding of project interdependencies in order to effectively work with others on potential impacts.
Identifies issues, monitors the project and measures the risk factors. Ensures quality control of process and deliverables.
Participates in the creation and reporting of project related data for all levels of the organization.
Tracks and manages specific project documents, in conjunction with the project leadership.
Builds effective networks of internal and external subject matter expert contacts including managers.
Coordinates and facilitates project meetings and communications in order to meet milestones and due dates.
