Overview:
Triumph Construction is seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist for our USACE South Shore project. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or similar military/government entities. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Manage and oversee the preparation of all project-related documentation, including submittals, meeting minutes, contracts, RFIs, budgets, and schedules.
Ensure project document accuracy, including revisions and distribution.
Deliver documents to USACE for entry, review, and approval.
Assist with project management tasks as needed.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all project documents.
Ensure timely submission of documents to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Must have prior work experience with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or a military/government entity in a related field.
Construction Background:
Experience in construction document review and related compliance matters.
Education:
College degree required.
Skills:
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in proofreading documents for accuracy.
Working knowledge of various computer software systems.
Experience administering government contracts.
