AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has multiple openings for a Project Controls Engineer III to be based in Piscataway, NJ.
Job Responsibilities:

Review and analyze Contractor’s Critical Path Method (CPM) Progress.
Schedule on various transportation and building construction contracts.
Provide recommendations to construction staff on the avoidance, minimization, and mitigation of construction delays.
Review and analysis of Contractor’s requests for contract Time Extensions.
Assist in the defense of contract time-related disputes and/or claims;
including but not limited to dispute/claim analysis, defects and damage calculations, delay, disruption, and acceleration impact analysis.
Conduct periodic construction project site visits to monitor project progress and assure progress schedule integrity, and participate in regular progress schedule meetings with the construction team.
Provide construction management, scheduling support. Read and understand construction plans and specifications.
Develop construction schedules or contract time determination schedules using contract documents and Primavera P6.
Develop what-if schedules using Primavera P6. Assist in updating policies, procedures, specifications of guidance related to construction project management.
Cost loading and reviewing cost loaded construction schedules.
Time impact analysis and utilize various delay analysis methods.
Review and analysis of Contractor’s baseline, update, time impact, delay, acceleration, mitigation and what-if CPM schedule submissions utilizing Primavera P6 for highway/bridge/rail transportation and urban building construction projects.
May telecommute.
