Project Architect

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Project Architect in Parsippany, NJ.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, familiar with the local New Jersey and New York Metro area, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Architects collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting to design public facilities for various agencies and institutions, including but not limited to the NJ DPMC, NJDOT, DEP, MVC, NYCSCA, universities, community colleges, and corporate facilities.
Scoping
Design
Construction documentation preparation
Construction administration
The successful candidate will be proficient in generating and overseeing the development of contract documents, possess strong design and technical skills, and have a thorough understanding of materials and building technologies
Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
Licensed Architect in NJ and/or NY.
Minimum 10-15 years of architectural experience.
Ability to develop, detail, and coordinate projects from programming through construction documents.
Knowledge of construction drawing standards.
Experience in building code analysis and reviews.
Construction field support and representation experience.
Proficiency in coordinating with outside consultants.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Capability to manage multiple projects of varied type and scale independently.
Experience with DPMC, NYCSCA, NYC MTA, or related projects is a plus.
