Progressive Care Nurse

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $160,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit (PCU).
Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical cases.
Administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes.
Utilize telemetry monitoring and other advanced technologies.
Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
ActiveCalifornia Registered Nurse Licenseupon hire.
Progressive Care Certification (PCCN)preferred.
Minimum of2 yearsof acute care nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
