Program Manager

Avint LLC is searching for a motivated and skilled Program Manager to join our team on-site in the Arlington, VA area. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful completion of tasks and deliverables, and providing comprehensive program and project management support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, metrics, staffing, and documentation.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations
Provide a full range of program and project management support services in line with industry best practices to ensure successful completion of tasks and deliverables
Create and manage program and project schedules and budgets
Provide support for the reporting of program metrics and data calls
Provide life cycle management of Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&
M) for supported systems
Support recurring, scheduled, and ad-hoc meetings
Manage staffing and resourcing for potential and active project activities
Create, maintain, and update program and project documentation and reports
Requirements
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IT program management.
A bachelor’s degree in management, computer science, or information systems.
Possess an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance.
Required to be eligible to be granted a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) from DHS
Required Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v3 Foundation
Experience with applying the Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Be able to commute on a daily basis to Arlington, VA
