Townsend is seeking an Program Managerto work directly with a key technology client to achieve the organization's financial and strategic goals across its program of works.
The Program Managerwill help our client accomplish their program aspirations to drive efficiency and innovation. You will work within a team of professional business consultants with a focus on service excellence and stakeholder management.
Knowledge in project &
program management bestpractices and applications.
Manage stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, District Program Managers, Design Execution, Construction, Project Controls Group, and more.
Assist with program reporting to key stakeholders and program governance, including planning metrics and KPIs.
Assist with the development of program improvement initiatives.
Assist in the setup and management of Program Tools - such as decision making framework, Action Trackers, Issue Trackers, Risk Registers, Program Directories etc.
Maintain the program operational framework, including the setup, preparation and facilitation of program meetings.
Prepare, compile and distribute minutes, reports and presentations where required.
