Job Description
Theprogramdirectoris responsible for the development, coordination, and management of the daily operations of the services in the Unit Based Department(IHS and 24 HR EA). Areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training and development of staff and ensuring all aspects of theprogramare developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The unit-basedprogramdirectorhas a role in helping to ensure financial best practices are maintained in the department. Theprogramdirectorshould have direct communication and access to the supervisor.
Position begins at $55,500 annually
