    This role will organize, manage, and deliver projects/programs for the Organized Play department.

What you'll do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate and monitor program activities, ensuring alignment with goals, objectives, and quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices to optimize program delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress.
  • Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment. Encourages team trust and facilitates team building.
  • Where appropriate, coach the teams to improve collaboration and outcomes.
  • Constantly seek to identify impediments early, actively work to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.
  • Break down multifaceted projects into workable components to guide our development teams.
  • Operate with an innovative mindset and continually seek to improve customer experience.

What you'll bring

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Experience in consumer products, consumer programs, retail, or technical programs. Experience with multiple program types a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the Pokémon Brand and Play! Pokémon events.
  • Demonstrated experience in on time program or project delivery.
  • Experience in process analysis, development, and improvement.
  • Diligent mentality, robust sense of responsibility/accountability, and strong verbal/written communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment to develop and enhance amazing platforms and services.

  • Base salary range:
    For this role, new hires generally start between $102,000 - $120,650. The full range is $102,000 - $152,000. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
