About Mission Bit
Mission Bit is a San Francisco-based nonprofit that inspires youth of color to explore the world of STEM with project-based computer science education that embraces their identities.
The role
As a Program Coordinator focused on Reporting at Mission Bit, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our data reporting systems, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our reporting processes. You will work closely with the Director of Programs and other team members to collect, analyze, and report on program data to support decision-making and program improvement efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to using data to drive organizational success.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. In-person work at least twice a week, depending on the program schedule, as well as some remote work, is required. In-person work will include travel to the office and around the Bay Area. You must live in the San Francisco Bay Area to be considered for this role.

What you’ll be doing:
Program Support
Assist with student admissions and enrollment processes for all classes.
Coordinate the Tech Start program, including coordinating with tech companies and providing support to participants.
Manage the operations of the volunteer program, including tracking volunteer activities, maintaining communication channels, and coordinating volunteer placement, onboarding, and offboarding.
Assist with the development and maintenance of program materials and resources.
Lead and moderate meetings, workshops, orientations, and events as needed.
Assist or lead special projects as needed, ensuring they align with organization goals.
Data and Operations
Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and distribution of devices, ensuring students and staff have the necessary technology resources for successful program participation.
Manage and maintain our data reporting systems, such as Salesforce and FormAssembly, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Create forms related to student registration, feedback, and impact measurement.
Collect and manage program data to track student progress, program impact, and other key metrics.
Complete regular reporting for both external stakeholders, such as funders, and internal stakeholders, providing comprehensive updates on program activities and outcomes.
Identify areas for improvement in data collection and reporting processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements

Have experience managing and analyzing data in a non-profit or educational setting.
Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Have the ability to travel to various locations around the San Francisco Bay Area as needed.
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Have a passion for education and social justice.

Compensation
This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $27-$29 per hour.
