Program Analyst

Spectrum is hiring for a Safety Professional to provide support for our customer and team at Hill AFB, UT.
Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibilities:

- Provides a variety of routine programmatic support to a project
- Works closely with Project Managers
- Compiles technical, financial, and other project data using various sources for inclusion in reports, studies, or presentation materials
- Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program
- Conducts program plan studies
- Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements
- Monitors progress of program requirements
- Participates in special projects as required
- Interfaces with other project personnel and outside parties
Requirements
- BS degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field + 4 years of experience
OR
- MS degree + 2 years of experience
OR
- PHD + 1 year of experience
- Experience with project mgmt tools/techniques, etc.
- Experience performing data gathering and analysis
- Experience with cost estimating, cost/benefit analysis, and PPBE process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.G. PowerPoint)
- Excellent written/verbal communication with experience developing briefings for senior and executive managers
- Experience briefing and interacting with executive mgmt, senior leadership, etc.
- Staff experience in military, government or corporate enterprise preferred
- Experience with interdisciplinary technical teams
- Ability to handle ambiguity, difficult personalities, and changing priorities or failure
- ICBM, acquisitions and/or sustainment experience highly desirable
- Journeyman skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tier
