00. During a 28-day cycle, work 4 night shifts, have 3 days off, work 3 day shifts, have 1 day off, work 3 night shifts, have 3 days off, work 4 day shifts, and have 7 days off. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities is $26.75 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!
What a Production Technician will do:
- Thread paper into the winder, size cores, and adjust settings
- Handle, remove, and change out paper rolls
- Operate the winder machines by loading and taping paper rolls
- Label product and basic computer work to enter data
- Operate forklift to move bundles
What you need to be a Production Technician:
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Willing to work in a hot dusty environment
- Ability to read a tape measure is a must
- Must be able to lift 78 pounds once per 12-hour shift, 56 pounds twice per shift, and occasionally lift 20 pounds throughout the shift
