AS and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
High school diploma and 7+ years manufacturing leadership experience
III. Preferred Qualifications
A. Education or Experience
5 plus years of manufacturing operations experience
BS degree
Knowledge of custom manufacturing operations including fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, testing, and manufacturing engineering.
2-5 plus years of lean manufacturing experience
B. Interpersonal Skills
Excellent written and communications skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and inspire personnel
Ability to effectively lead and maintain a working relationship with senior management.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
C. Technical Skills
Requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to speak effectively before groups.
Requires the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume.
Requires the ability to resolve everyday practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
