Production Supervisor for a Leading Poultry Producer
We are currently seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team at one of the top poultry producers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our operations.

Oversee and ensure the quality of the finished product, upholding our commitment to excellence.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Possesses at least 4 years of supervisory experience within the poultry processing industry.
Holds an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, although this is preferred but not mandatory.
Has a solid understanding of all areas of 2nd processing;
expertise in cut-up andCryovac operations is particularly valued.
Well-versed in HACCP, SPC, and other relevant plant efficiency metrics such as yield, lbs./birds per hour, line speeds, and the use of automated processing equipment.
