Production Shift Supervisor

Job Description
TheProduction Shift Supervisorwill supervise hourly employees in the continuous operation of the plant's production activities with a focus on safety, quality, continuous process improvements, and production efficiencies.
The Production Shift Supervisor will:
Monitor job change progress and assist in quality decisions
Input key shift performance indicators into production databases
Audit for process control and enforcestandardized work
Ensure that employees are trained and are knowledgeable of department procedures
The Production Shift Supervisor should have:
Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
Strong background with scheduling (people, operations, logistics, preventative maintenance)
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and lead hourly employees
