Hourly/FT | Temp to Hire/Permanent ONLY
May-June Schedule/Shift Openings - Mon - Fri:
Day 7a-330p ($18) | Swing 130p-10p ($19) | Night 10p-630a ($19.50)
Starting end of June - 2 on/2 off then 3 on/2 off rotating
Day 6a-6p ($18) | Night 6p-6a ($19.50)

Job Summary:
As a Production Operator I, coming into the manufacturing industry with no experience you will have no problem operating your assigned position or task safely and efficiently to optimally produce quality work using state-of-art machines! You will learn the placement and testing of electrical components, cleaning of finished products, or loading of raw materials into machines. And you will do all of this in a warm, clean, &
safe environment aroundpeople who value you as a person and care about helping you advance in your position quickly!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines according to position Standard Work Instructions (SWI)
Clean and prepare workstation and machines.
Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements.
Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
Check final assembly for finish, labeling, and packaging methods.
Complete other tasks as required and/or directed.
Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Coachable and willing to learn.
Punctual and dependable
Team and customer oriented.
Attention to detail.
Problem Solving.
Ability to lift objects less than 25 pounds and team lift objects approximately 60 pounds.
Able to stand, walk and work on feet for 8+ hours.
Education:
High School diploma/GED preferred
