Production Mill Operator (3rd Shift)

Job Description
We are seeking Hockmeyer Operator to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Hockmeyer l Machine and on TPM activities. As a Hockmeyer Operator you will be responsible for:
Runningbatches of ink at proper mill settings.
Packagingfinished product in various containers and apply labels
Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards
Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
Weigh-Up Batches:
Following process order of addition.Shift auto and manual steps
Mix Batch:
Dischargingpigment and operatingmixer safely;
following and adheringto all INX Mixer SOP's
Hockmeyer mill operation:
Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipmenteffectiveness) standards
Creatingand maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times
Canning
Operatingthe following:
Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift
Acting as a QC liaison, providingink samples, makingink adjustments, and recording data
Completingscheduled maintenance,and troubleshooting procedures
Helping with repacks
