Production Manager

Apple Roofing is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a production manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our production operations and ensuring the timely completion of roofing projects.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and scheduling production activities to meet project deadlines
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and equipment
Managing a team of skilled technicians and subcontractors
Monitoring production progress and making adjustments as needed
Implementing quality control measures to ensure excellent workmanship
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management
Requirements
Prior experience in production management, in the roofing industry
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software/tools
