Production Machine Operator 2nd Or 3rd Shift

Job Description:
Install and progressively feed smaller dies into the machine, repeating operations until the wire diameter meets the specifications outlined in the work order.
Insert wire into the machines feed mechanism, start the machine, and monitor its operations.
Secure the roller die in the machine by turning setscrews.
Load the wire spool onto the spindle and thread the wire through the machine and around the take-up reel.
Start the machine and adjust controls to regulate speed and temperature according to specified requirements.
Record production data in computerized or manual systems.
Perform daily safety and mechanical inspections of the machine to ensure it is operating safely and correctly.
Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Company specializes in the manufacturing of metal products, such as shear panels, roll-formed products, and metal building systems.
Qualifications:
1yr Machine Operation experience.
Able to work well within a team environment.
Able to work overtime when needed.
Basic knowledge, able to operate a Windows based personal computer
Self-directed able to work efficiently with little direct instruction
Physical Requirements:
Machine operator requires many physical aspects 100% of the time standing/walking/pulling/bending.

Additional Shift Differential:
2nd shift = .50/hour;
3rd shift = $1.00/hour
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekends as needed
