As aProduction Coordinatoryou are responsible for scheduling tasks and advertisements for the graphic design team within your pillars, managing and reporting on co-op funds, coordinating and distributing assets to the store, communicating promotions to stores, and other administrative activities as assigned. You will assist the Production Manager in maintaining and communicating the marketing schedule to maintain overall project schedules and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all advertising materials.
This full-time position requires the ability to workon-siteand all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
