Learning Solutions structure includes Product Process Trainers, Learning Strategists, and Instructional Designers. Each group has responsibilities that include creating a learning culture and developing a product-educated customer experience, striving to towards clients that love our products. What You Will Be Doing
Conduct training needs assessments to understand characteristics and skill levels of learners, the job setting and to identify processes and tasks performed by Digital One Flex users
Design, modify and develop instructional materials for multiple training modalities including traditional instructor-led classes, web-based/virtual classes and job-aids
Assess training outcomes by soliciting and reviewing feedback and evaluation of classes taught
Build a network of Digital One Flex subject matter experts to review content and provide feedback
Manages and completes all aspects of training projects including reviewing Statements of Work and other contractual client documents relevant to training services for assigned projects
Work with implementation and client relationship teams to understand client business needs
Provides sales support and product demonstrations to new or prospective clients
Conducts traditional classroom or web-based training sessions using effective presentation skills, verbal communication skills and classroom management skills at FIS facilities or client locations
Schedule and travel planning (travel 25-50%)
Status and expense reporting
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in finance or adult education or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Thorough, detailed knowledge of the FIS Digital One Flex product as well as FIS procedures
Proficiency with technology and office automation tools and applications
Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
Understanding of banking and financial services industries and products including commercial and consumer banking, lending, insurance, wealth management, online banking, card services and bill payment services
Strong time management, problem solving, project management, leadership and negotiation skills
Resourcefulness, flexibility, versatility, dependability
