Job Description
As a Product Pricing Strategy Manager, you will help develop and execute strategic Pricing and Packaging recommendations to drive growth for ServiceNow's Creator Workflow Business Unit. Responsibilities include:
Develop the pricing and monetization strategy across Creator Workflow offerings informed by data-driven insights and market feedback
Conduct periodic reviews of product price performance and define, track and measure pricing KPIs, identifying actionable decision insights to improve Pricing and Packaging
Support Business Unit in getting alignment on Pricing and Packaging changes and passing Pricing Committee approval reviews
Translate pricing strategy into executable plans, partnering cross functionally with Product Management, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Sales Enablement teams
Assist in identifying new business and growth opportunities to create incremental growth, including new pricing models and go to market approaches
