Product Manager (Hybrid)

Job Overview:
Curenta is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing product enhancements. This is a hybrid position that entails working both remotely and on-site.
Product Manager, Responsibilities:
Lead the product planning and execution process, including defining the product roadmap and strategy
Collect and analyze customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches
Translate user needs and business goals into product requirements and specifications
Ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders on product vision, goals, and key milestones
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products
Identify and prioritize product and feature enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product management or related roles
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in successfully launching and managing products throughout the entire lifecycle
Ability to work both remotely and on-site at our Egypt headquarters
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Previous experience in the software industry is a plus
