Product Lead

As Product Lead at PakWheels.Com, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by delivering a great user experience for the consumerproduct, while working with an agile cross-functional team consisting of online marketing channel specialists in SEO and SEM, UX, and UI Designers, and Software Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates PakWheels.Com across primary market segments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in a dynamic product management role
- 1+ years of people management experience and high effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
- Previous experience in software and web development
- Demonstrable knowledge of SEM and online advertising
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to inform decision-making and continuously optimize product performance
