Requirements
What Will I Do?
Interview, hire, and train Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, grooming them for future Account Executive (AE) roles
Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to devise and execute strategies for meeting growth targets
Ensure the creation and proper distribution of high-quality lead lists
Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to overall company success
What Attributes Are We Looking For?
1+ years of experience as an SDR Manager
Exceptional organizational skills
Previous experience in early-stage company environments
Ability to coach SDRs into high-performing individuals and future AEs;
Prior AE or AE Management experience is a plus
Proficiency in Excel
