Our client is seeking a Product Designer to join their passionate and growing team! Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design, along with experience in design systems, componentization, responsive design, accessibility, typography, color patterns, and iconography, demonstrating how these elements impact product function. Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to create engaging and user-friendly designs for both web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Utilize appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how specific user flows or interactions will work.
Run qualitative and quantitative research cycles, gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing large amounts of user insights to translate them into design requirements and iterations.
Work with design systems, ensuring a good understanding of componentization, responsive design best practices, accessibility, typography, color patterns, and iconography.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly convey design concepts and interactions.
Ensure a consistent and cohesive design language across all products.
Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Stay current with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and user-centric.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both web app and mobile app design.
Demonstrated ability to follow a clear, structured design process, from research and ideation to final execution.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Bonus points for experience working in the Web3 or Entertainment industry.
Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
