Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in user experience and product design
Strong sense of empathy for customer needs and insights
Experience in strategic product thinking and data-driven decisions
Excellent UX, interaction, and visual design skills across multiple platforms
Detail-oriented with the ability to drive design consistency and quality
Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
Design experiences to empower neighbors and businesses

Contribute to ideation and implementation of new monetization surfaces and business partnerships
Work at the intersection of user experience, product design, and business tools
Play a pivotal role in designing experiences to build stronger communities globally
