As the Product Content Specialist, you will craft compelling and informative content to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and support our SEO initiatives. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with marketing, design, product and business teams to create content that increases traffic, creates value and inspires action. This work has a strong focus on our public-facing website, building pages and creating content within our CMS.

Requirements
What you’ll do:
Create and publish high-quality, engaging articles, blogs, and other written content to the website using a content management system (CMS).
Revisit, optimize and improve older articles and pages to boost their performance.
Conduct keyword research and identity opportunities for content creation based on industry trends, customer feedback and market analysis.
Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Create wireframes and build design previews for new landing pages.
Proofread online copy and translations for web content using a translation service or software.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Prioritize content projects and initiatives based on growth impact and potential.
Take full ownership of content creation, from ideation to publishing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product management, to create content for new features, product launches, and website updates.
Strong collaboration with the SEO content and marketing team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure content meets objectives and deadlines.
Who you are:
1 – 3 years of experience in content marketing or web content creation preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and experience with keyword research.
Strong ability to write and edit for a web-based audience.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity, resourcefulness, and a detail-oriented approach.
A knack for staying organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines.
Strong communication skills and a desire to learn more about content marketing.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Figma
Experience in the fintech industry
Experience with basic web design
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console and Amplitude Analytics.

The range in Colorado for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon work experience, and skills.
