Roles &
Responsibilities of TheProcess Leader:

· Ensure all GMPs arefollowed
· Directs and guides operators and teammembers on proper operatingprocedures.
· Validate that all productionstandards are met withinassignedarea.
· Oversees deployment of training program in work area and assigns dedicated trainers to each new employee on area process.
· Oversees break rotation process of employees throughout work area.
· Ensure all employees in area areworking safely. Identify andescalate anyissues.
· Subject matter expert forassignedarea.
· Identify and reducewaste
· Work closely with Shift Leaderon processexecution
· Expand job knowledge to otherfunctionalareasas necessary.
· Assists shift leader with labor scheduling
