Process Engineering Manager (Injection Molding)

Job Description
- Personnel management with all the individual tasks involved (initiating disciplinary measures, assessing employees, staff appraisals, personnel development, etc.)
- Responsibility for the continuous optimization of production processes using methods (GMS)
- Ensuring the sustainable implementation of corrective measures in the event of recurring errors to ensure trouble-free production operations by the subordinate employees.
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of workflows and organization (in particular personnel and processes)
- Planning and implementation of workshops
- Ensuring and participating in the qualification of new tools, SGM incl. handling and peripherals
- Ensuring the documentation of all changes
- Planning and implementation of sampling for new start-ups according to Changes
- Initiation of root cause analyses / corrections in the event of repeat errors, complaints, etc.
- Independent initiation of necessary escalation measures
- Processing suggestions for improvement
- Proactive, trusting cooperation with the internal interfaces (e.G. quality, tool service, TCC/SEC, OPEX, etc.) - Initiating and participating in FMEAs
- Participation in specifications of SGM, tools and assembly systems
- Supervision of transfer projects with sub-project responsibility
- Technical contact for internal interfaces (e.G. plant and production management, customer service, etc.
