We are seeking candidates for Process Control Technician roles on 12-hour night shifts. Compensation for this direct-hire opportunity is $24.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. What you’ll do as a Process Control Technician:
- Assist with supervision of the operation and maintenance of all aspects relating to water systems, wastewater systems, pasteurizers, and warmers, and covering shifts when needed
- Assist PC Lead with PM planning and management, parts ordering, and special projects
- Assist in document control, maintaining equipment databases, and environmental reporting
- Assist with ordering and maintaining bulk chemicals for the company
- Assist Brewing and Batching with troubleshooting and repair of valves, meters, chillers, and other operational equipment necessary to perform their job
- Assist Quality Control with troubleshooting and repair of lab equipment
- Work with consultants regarding equipment, chemicals, and other items as they relate to this position
What you need to become a Process Control Technician:
- High school diploma or GED;
plus post-secondary maintenance training or comparable experience - 1+ years of experience using a maintenance planning system
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
- Knowledge of pasteurizers, warmers, RO water systems, wastewater pretreatment systems, forklift, and various testing and calibration equipment #SpotLightJob
