Prn- Rn For Home Care Company

TheRegistered Nurseis responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
PRNEssential Job Functions:
Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her specific needs
Process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and ongoing evaluation, coordinates care activities to foster self-care ability via Home Health services
Adhere to policies, procedures, safety programs, standards of behavior, mission, vision, values and customer service expectations
Accurate and timely nursing documentation of the patient's condition and care including developing and updating individualized patient care plans and patient education process
Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy
Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms
Requirements
Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio.
Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Supervisory experience preferred
Benefits
$90 for initial assessments
$65 for supplementary visits
This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The compensation reflected on this posting, is an estimate of hourly compensation.
