Private Dining Coordinator

Job Description
The Private Dining Coordinator is an integral part of the Food &
Beverage team and is responsible for the successful planning &
execution of private events in The George Restaurant, The Olympic Bar, Shuckers and Founders Club. They ensure that our guests have a seamless and inspiring experience and juggle multiple events simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain client relationships
Prospect and cultivate new clients and revenue streams
Collaboratively work with our F&
B and Sales teams
Responding promptly to reservation inquiries
Creating custom menus for clients in InDesign &
Office software
Knowing all F&
B menus and understanding upselling techniques
Planning event details and all aspects, including seating, dining and guests
Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time
Creating quarterly competitive-set analysis for F&
B
Assisting F&
B division will menu formatting &
printing
Filling out event orders with function details in a timely matter
Coordinating between culinary and front-of-house teams on menus, service notes, timeliness and general guest expectations
Managing events and addressing potential issues that may arise
Perform other duties assigned by manager (i.E.Hosting, administrative duties, assisting in all aspects of the operation)
