Principal Engineer

Technical Expertise (Required):
8+ years of experience in:
.NET Framework (4.0 or later)
C#
SQL Server
JavaScript/TypeScript
HTML5 and CSS
Strong experience with:
ASP.NET MVC (3 or later)
ASP.NET Web API (2 or later)
Building single page applications using React (or similar)
JSON
SOA
Leadership and Problem-Solving:
Lead solutioning and delivery of large, complex projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
Anticipate the impact of technical solutions on the business.
Assess existing systems and drive continuous improvement.
Optimize application performance and stability.

Excellent technical and communication skills.
Effectively explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Skills (Plusses):
Experience with Sitecore or similar CMS.
Experience in SEO.
Experience visualizing application design (use cases, diagrams).
Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
10 years of software development experience.
3 years of experience at a principal level or similar.
