Job Description:

This position will support the Chief of Staff in planning and coordinating department-wide initiatives to improve employee experience. Responsible for assisting with development of committee and regulatory materials (Compliance Committee, Management Risk Committee, Board Reporting, etc.) and other executive level reports. Responsible for initial development of materials and routing of material review. Act as a backup for internal and external exams for Financial Crimes Compliance, including request trackers and calendars. Assist with other Chief of Staff responsibilities as needed.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Models, champions, and reinforces a risk culture of compliance and transparency. Applies general understanding of risk identification and assessment processes, tools, and techniques to provide oversight and challenge to risk measurement activities.

Responsibilities

· Demonstrates working knowledge of the Compliance Management System components related to:

· Policies and procedures, and clear communication of intended procedural expectations and process.

· Governance and reporting processes.

· Evaluation of, and/or challenges processes, new/existing products, services, customer communications, and/or technologies that impact the business.

· Identification and escalation of compliance risk management issues in a timely and effective manner, including ability to manage, monitor, and report on issues and developing action plans.

· Risk monitoring activities with autonomy and provides technical guidance to others.

· Identification of regulatory risks and adequate risk mitigates, as well as effectively challenging assessment of controls to prevent, detect, and correct errors

· Presentation development and updates for various senior internal and external audiences. This position independently handles any necessary financial updates to presentations which requires interface with executives across the business unit. This position also handles routing of legal review of decks and any necessary follow-ups prior to finalization (for external audiences).

· Performs ad hoc strategy &
analysis work that cannot be easily done or found (looking at research, analyzing P&
Ls);
the topics aretypically generated by the Executive Vice President or other senior leaders. This also includes research, compilation, and analysis of results across the organization, in support of business goals, to share progress and identify trends.

· Owns and manages business-wide programs and special projects. Responsible for end-to-end program design and support. This entails regular interface with officers across the organization;
producing vision presentations that then get "
Sold"
to executive leadership team;
storyboarding, managingbudget allocation and spending, sizing business requirements;
and coordinating with partners across business units as needed.

· Manages officer-level leadership meetings for the business unit (facilitates the meeting, manages the agenda, captures, and distributes follow-ups, and actively focuses on improving the productivity of leadership forums).

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration and Management, Finance, or related field

· 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Initiative Owner, Analysis, Research, Communications, or related field

· In Lieu of Education 8+ years’ experience in Project Management, Initiative Owner, Analysis, Research, Communications, or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
