JOB DUTIES:

Gather Clients'/Customers' functional and operational Business Requirements for implementation/Customer on-boarding. Developing mapping documents, and updating existing maps as needed. Advise logic behind certain client requirements. Working closely with the Client, 3PL, Business Partners, Internal Stakeholders, Cross-Functional Teams, Development Teams, and Operation teams. Understand WMs (Warehouse management systems) operational issues, and provide systematic solutions as needed. Working on GXO internal legacy applications including but not limited to (CM2(Connection Manager), OM (Order Manager), and WM10 (Warehouse Manager)) and the current application called product suite (CMx (Connection Manager), OMx (Order Manager), and WMx (Warehouse Manager)). Entering epics/features, issues/bugs in an external issue tracking product called Jira. Supporting SIT (Systems Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Production Maintenance. Multi-tasking, Great Team player with great expertise in deep diving into complex scenarios with excellent verbal and written communications. Problem-solving skills, strive for Issue resolution and provide solutions for complex requirements within given deadlines. Build reports for Inventory Management, Order Management, and Warehouse Management transactions for Customers references. Deal with Supply Chain EDI Transactions 856, 940, 945, 888, 832, 997, 861. These are systematic EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) files transmitted between company and the Customers, and their Vendors. Possess end-to-end data transmission knowledge over internet protocols like SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol), HTTP/s (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol), AS2 (Applicability Statement2), FTP (File Transfer Protocol), REST API (Representational State Transfer is an Application Programming Interface), and API (Application Programming Interface). Familiar with SQL, XML, and JSON languages for fetching the data as requested and for analysis using Toad (Toad is a database management toolset). Exposure to working at the waterfall, sprint-based Agile methodology. Possess understanding of information systems/technologies such as client/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and object-oriented designs. This position is open to telecommuting from anywhere in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related technical field or foreign equivalent

Experience Requirements:

Experience must include five (5) years post bachelors progressive experience in all of the following:

  • Develop and implement Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Implementation and support experience with web-based applications and WMS and small parcel
  • shipment systems
  • SQL for data analysis and extraction and troubleshooting and reporting
  • Supply chain management and warehousing or distribution
  • Formal project management practices and formal systems development methodologies
  • Current information technologies such as client/server and relational databases and web-based
  • systems and object-oriented design
