About the team
FIS is looking for a Conversion Analyst to join our Prepaid team in Milwaukee, WI or Jacksonville, FL. Other FIS locations may also be considered. This position will work with our banking clients across the US to manage and implement both open and closed loop prepaid card program conversions. What you will be doing
As an Implementation-Conversion Analyst you will be at the core of changing the way the world banks. You are responsible for working directly with clients, network teams, internal/external stakeholders, and others across the FIS organization to drive successful implementations.
You will be the Prepaid Subject Matter Expert to our clients, helping them learn our product and coaching them through setup and integration with other FIS colleagues as needed.
Responsibilities include providing guidance on the implementation scope, deliverables/timelines, consulting with the client on functionality, gathering requirements, configuring the payables solution in FIS systems, provide guidance to the client for their configuration, partner with the Development team to build the solution, and finally launch the solution with the client.
· Lead Prepaid Onboarding/Implementations projects end to end.
· Thorough data analysis, product mapping and interviews, you will gather forms and data files to assess requirements for software utilization and discuss any software customization requirements with programming team.
· You will create data maps, complete configurations and transaction workflow documents showing exactly how every field of information will be converted. Data mapping forms the technical specification for the conversion and, in some cases, may generate code. You will then share the data maps and configurations with programmers, clients, and others internal partners as needed to ensure a successful conversion.
· Configure clients within the FIS prepaid application based on requirements, test customized software against client specific needs, share reports and application specific data with clients that reflect how conversion data will be processed. Review conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements.
What you bring
· Bachelor’s degree from job discipline or relevant work experience (2+ yrs.)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to accomplish results working through others.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to facilitate meetings remotely via Microsoft Teams.
· Able to work independently, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time, skilled in prioritizing competing deliverables.
Bonus if you have
· Banking/Finance Industry experience.
· Implementation experience.
· Project management experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
· Business analyst experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $55,530.00 - $90,510.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
