Experience:
Current MA Nurse Home Administrator’s license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in long-term care settings preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care administration.
