Pre-Construction Manager, Infrastructure

Platinum Global Talent Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager where you'll oversee preconstruction activities for various infrastructure project pursuits. This dynamic role offers growth opportunities and involves collaborating with established teams on diverse heavy civil infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project pursuits in collaboration with the proposal manager, lead estimator, business development manager, and project sponsor.
Identify potential opportunities with the Business Development team, recommend suitable partnerships, and coordinate partnership teams to meet proposal deadlines and budgets.
Manage pursuit timelines and deliverables, ensuring all necessary data and documentation are included in submissions by attending schedule and proposal meetings.
Analyze design schedules and construction plans to uncover cost-saving opportunities within contract specifications by adjusting quantities, estimating materials, or proposing alternative construction methods.
Collaborate with design managers to develop optimal technical solutions tailored to project requirements.
Develop a client management strategy specific to each project, effectively managing client expectations and communication based on contract specifications and Owner's needs.
Qualifications:
Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Possess 10 or more years of construction industry experience, including project pursuits, estimating, project management, or business development.
Experience with alternative delivery methods is essential.
Demonstrated ability to understand constructability and interpret risk strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills are a must.
Please note the salary range for this full-time position is USD $150,000 - $190,000/ year
