Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the power distribution team to oversee and maintain systems including transformers, substations, and circuit breakers.
Drive the planning and execution of engineering projects and major plant turnarounds, supporting project leaders through all phases.
Design and conduct evaluations of electrical systems, applying extensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
Provide expert troubleshooting support for plant instrumentation and electrical equipment.
Manage maintenance and capital budgets, participate in capital project management, and perform power system analyses including power flow, voltage drop modeling, and fault current calculations.
Develop strategies to improve maintenance effectiveness, extend equipment life, and prevent deterioration.
Establish and maintain relationships with key equipment manufacturers and technical consultants.
Create and update critical maintenance documentation to enhance plant operations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in power distribution, controls, and instrumentation within heavy industries such as chemicals, refineries, or similar.
Strong familiarity with regulatory standards including MSHA, OSHA, NEC, and ISA.
Proven project management skills with a focus on budgeting, planning, and cost control.
Eligibility to work in the USA without sponsorship.
