Job Description
Collaborate and work directly with our critical care department
Collegiate and well-established providers comprised of 30+ physicians and advanced practice providers
Utilize EPIC EMR
Responsibilities:
Engage in morning rounds and follow up care in clinic
Serve patients in the outpatient setting for post sepsis care and to help reduce readmissions
Improve the management and recovery from sepsis
Full time, M-F, no call schedule creating a work life balance
Opportunities for research and presentations for tracking sepsis epidemiology, outcomes, progress toward program goals and provide usable information on sepsis treatment
Underpinning knowledge of the Sepsis and associated risk factors or willingness to earn
